Code of Conduct Against Sexual Harassment
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.
We do not tolerate harassment of anybody in any form. Everybody should be treated with equal respect.
Any violation of these rules may result in a sanction or expulsion from our organisation. Partnerships may also be terminated as a result of such violations.
We, as an organisation, promise to share our commitment to the Code of Conduct with all of our employees and stakeholders.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion
Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following
Sustained disruption of talks or other events
Inappropriate physical contact
Unwelcome sexual attention
Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behaviour
